(1) A person must not manufacture or sell a tobacco product other than a product prepared for smoking.
Penalty: In the case of a natural person, 120 penalty units;
In the case of a body corporate, 600 penalty units.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply to the manufacture or sale of prescribed tobacco products.
